Took a practice CFA a few days ago, and will be taking the official test in two weeks or so.
My scores:
Basketball throw: 68' 10"
Pull ups: 14
Shuttle run: 8.9
Sit ups: 95
Push ups: 62
Mile run: 8:12

Is this passing? How can I increase my numbers in the next two weeks?

I don't know the formula that they use but so far everything looked good until I saw the mile run. I would aim for a 7 minute mile at least considering the average is about 6:30. Be sure to work on everything in the next two weeks but put more focus into running and push ups. About everything was around the average score except your sit ups were exceptional.

Just keep running every day and do the same with push-ups (Maybe do sets of 10 doing different variations). While you're at it, do barefoot grass sprints after your run to increase speed and foot strength. (Also sprinting increases anaerobic capacity which is good for running). Also try doing squats, lunges, etc. for lower body. Your shuttle run could also use a little work.

Again, I don't know if your score in the mile is low enough to fail you but either way it doesn't hurt to bring up all your scores.

Remember: when practicing for the CFA, practice it in the order you will take it, and practice it timed. It could mean the difference between pass and fail. This also applies to recruited athletes. It can be a tiring test, as many high school standouts have found out, the hard way.

Also search YouTube for help/tips on taking the CFA. There's one good one in particular on the basketball throw.

I'm super impressed with your pullups. I have my own to complete before Nov13 and that's what I'm stressing the most. Cadence makes them so tough
