I've been training for the CFA and would like to get some insight on my current stats (taken individually). I'm a female applying for the C/o 2025.

B-Ball Throw: 40 ft
Pull-Ups: 3
Shuttle Run: 10.0 sec
Sit-Ups: 71
Push-Ups: 41
Mile: 7:45

I have strong academics and a decent resume. Would my CFA scores be disqualifying? Thank you!

My recommendations are to always compare to primary data sources - in this case https://www.academyadmissions.com/requirements/physical/.

For females it shows the following averages:
Basketball Throw: 42'
Pull-ups: 2
Shuttle Run 9.4 sec
Modified Sit-ups: 78
Push-ups: 41
One-mile Run: 7:30

Most of your scores are at or below the averages. Are they disqualifying? Based on scores posted on this forum, probably not - but since USAFA does not publish minimums, there is not an authenticated source to validate that assumption.

However, since appointments are granted based on whole candidate score, my personal suggestion is to keep pushing to improve your CFA scores so they are above the average and, therefore, more likely to help your competitiveness against the "average" candidate.

Those scores aren't bad - but you have low scores in the areas that are the easiest to improve with just a little work. For the BBall throw, there is no way you should be scoring that low given the number of pull-ups and push-ups you have. You likely need to figure out something with your form. Search this site for tips (I know I have written at least one post on this). Same with the shuttle - that is all about turning form and barely about actual speed. I'm sure you have the fitness level to do much better, you just need to get the form down and practice/test on a good surface.

It was a while ago now...but I'm pretty sure I did a big fat zero pull-ups on mine...but I had a 60 ft BBall throw and was above average everywhere else (although I felt like I was dying on the run to get it), so it's tough to know what the real minimums are.

For the basketball throw there’s a good forum under the West Point sticky.
From what I’ve seen your scores won’t be disqualifying based on ones I’ve seen on this forum from past candidates but obviously I don’t know 100%.
