Yes, practice your basketball throw! Since you’re maxing out other events, you definitely have the ability to do well on it; you just need to find the technique that works for you. When I started I was throwing the basketball around 50 feet, but after watching some technique videos and spending a lot of time practicing (I’d say collectively almost an hour a day) I got much more comfortable with the event. When it came time for my official CFA throw, I ended with a throw of 97 feet, my personal best! You’ve got this, it’ll just take some practice and attention to detail. Personally, I think that the basketball throw by nature is meant to show preparation rather than physical strength. The basketball throw is a weird event, and you can only do well if you practice, no matter how strong you are! I feel like a good score on the throw proves to the academy that you took the time to practice the events. Good luck!
