Strong work on the BB throw, shuttle and mile! practice every day a few times a day on the pull-ups, sit-ups and pushups. You can do it! Everyday you'll get stronger. Even if you can add 1 or two more pushups each day. If you have a pull-up bar, use that will bands and try to do negative pull-ups (where you are in the up position and slowly lower down to the extended position). My daughter did that and did banded pullups and was able to get 3 pullups on her CFA. Even if you can get one, that's great. Good luck and keep at it!
