I’ve been practicing the CFA for the past two weeks pretty thoroughly but I’m super nervous about failing, especially when it comes to the mile, and sit-ups...here’s where I stand now:

7:01 mile

62 sit-ups

72 pushups

7 pullups

9.2 second sprint

71 foot basketball throw

I understand USMA doesn’t release the minimum score to pass, but instead the average and max scores. What should I focus on improving with my current CFA stats to result in at least a likely passing score? (I’m going to take my official CFA in about 9 days.)

I’m no expert, but I’d be focused on your pull-ups. I’ve read somewhere to get 8-9. Make sure you’re following proper sprint form....it could be you could trim off some time there, too.

Your good

WP minimums are higher than other academies. Get your pull ups closer to 9 and keep them there. Be in the best shape of your life on R day and be able to run like a jack rabbit. Makes the summer go by much easier...

You are running out of time. If you don't take the test and submit it, you will not be accepted. So, just take the take and submit what you have rather than take the chance of exceeding the deadline. A 7 minute mile is ok for passing.
