Hi guys, I have gotten pretty much all of my application done except the CFA. I am pretty confident in most of my scores except Pull-ups. Do you think the following scores would get me a passing grade? TIA
BB Throw-80
Shuttle:9.4
Push-ups:70
Sit-ups:64
1 Mile: 7:00
Pull-ups:3-4

Is this what you scored in a practice CFA performed exactly as the protocol requires? If it’s individual event practice scores, you can usually expect the test to wear you down and impact your scores. It’s designed to push you in endurance and stamina with the sequence and timing. If you haven’t done a full-on practice CFA, I recommend it.

Keep working on some “insurance” pull-ups. Have you gone to Stew Smith’s website and YouTube videos to get training tips? He’s a former Navy SEAL, USNA grad, now a fitness professional. Be sure too to check that your form is correct.

Thanks for the reply. And yes, this was a practice CFA performed in the correct sequence.
