CGA appointments from CGAS

When and how do the CGAS cadets find out if they are or are not being offered an appointment to the CGA?

Some have already found out by receiving their appointment. My best guess is if the cadet hasnt received their appointment yet then they didnt meet the "automatic" standards and the Academy is waiting for final grades. But that is only my opinion.
