Never an exact answer but you seem like a great candidate. Good grades + extracurriculars are always a plus. Apply as early as you can and dress nicely for your interview. Bring all awards and test scores along with transcripts with you to the interview.

Lookin' really good. Don't sit on that SAT. You're seeking AFROTC or NROTC which seek out STEM types. Math is key. Take the test again, concentrating on the Math section. March2Success.com is a free online prep course. Try to get a 700+ on SAT Math or a 31+ on the ACT Math. Study. It can be done.
