Don't contact the MOC to find your status and here is why:
(1) If the MOC knew, they would have called you. It is VERY RARE that a MOC staffer would receive this information and not turn it around, because all of them want to share in the pride in LETTING THEIR CANDIDATE KNOW! It isn't as if the MOC (actual) is going to delay calling the candidate for a few days, because they know that the BFE is going to be mailed!!!
You have re-awakened a zombie thread some years old. I responded to a similar post on another thread. Pace yourself! This is a difficult time, the waiting.I was reading through this forum because I myself am in the same boat now ...
Does anyone know if this information on this panel is still accurate in regards to being notified of your status? I have a bad habit of checking my CIS login daily to see if I've been appointed. Will it update and show there? Or is it up to my nomination source to contact me if I've received an appointment?
If you could be so kind, could you link the thread you discussed this about? I'd greatly appreciate it! Finally, as a rule of thumb, I would discourage asking a Navy Captain to look things up for you...If you could be so kind, could you link the thread you discussed this about?
This is the link to where I answered your own post, same query, another similar thread. You typically don’t have to post the same question in multiple places. Someone will answer. If you could be so kind, could you link the thread you discussed this about? I'd greatly appreciate it! (The anxiety of not knowing every day is eatingggggg me alive......)
