Cheer at USAFA

Does anyone know how competitive it is to get on the Cheer team? I am sure it varies by Class but any general idea?
 
This is a loaded question. Do you currently partner stunt? USAFA does not currently have an all girl team, but the program is large when you consider Varsity co-ed, JV, Mascot, and Dance.
 
I have not cheered before, aside from informally being the flyer with my friends who cheer. I have done classical dance since I was 4, but my flexibility is not at the level of someone who comes from a gymnastics or cheer background.

The cheer team looks for people who are coachable! You don't need any experience. They have workshops during basic training and you can learn to fly with the upperclassmen.
