My chem/physics teacher got fired my junior year...I can't contact them in any way but I know one of the required evaluations for westpoint is an evaluation from my chemistry/physics teacher. Who do I ask to complete this evaluation?

Did both your Chemistry and Physics teachers get fired?
I think OP is indicating the same teacher taught both Chemistry and Physics. I don't know that anyone here can give the OP a definitive answer. This sounds like a question for USMA.

Contact your RC for guidance. USMA is adamant that a chemistry or physics teacher complete the science evaluation, but the RC can (very reluctantly) approve a substitute in extraordinary cases.

I don't know what the response will be regarding a teacher that got fired. Normally, unless the teacher is dead you would be expected to track them down to get the evaluation.
