Christmas at VMI

I had to laugh because this brought back memories of marching off to SRC (Dinner ) in the Messhall just before Christmas to the sound of Silent Night with a Bass drum booming. Needless to say sounded somewhat different than it did in church at Midnight on Christmas Eve!) One of my favorite Advent songs- "Oh Come, Oh Come Emmanuel" as played by the pipes and drums of Band Company in VMI Barracks at taps :
