Christmas Gift Ideas for a 2/C?

Any ideas for a Christmas gift for a male 2/C? Can they order racks from ultra thin (gift card)? He does not have much room in his dorm, I would like to give him something useful.

When my now ensign was a 2/C , I started gifting him items that would be needed in an apartment after commissioning, such as kitchen utensils, pizza pan, cast iron skillet, etc. He likes to cook, though.
