Church Clothes

From my understanding, as a doolie you can pretty much only wear your uniforms at all times until at least Recognition. What does this mean for cadets who need to go off base to attend their church service? Are they able to bring proper church attire such as a white shirt, tie, or in my case a dress, or will they be wearing their uniform to their service?
