Citadel v. Norwich. Input please.

Norwich does have its own mountain across the street from campus. Its great for cross-country skiing but its about a 30 minute hike to the top of the mountain just to snowboard/ski down it in 5 minutes.
 
I went to Norwich - My DS didn't even want to consider it due to the location/weather. He has committed to the Citadel.
Norwich is a great location if you embrace the cold and snow. There is not much to do off campus. With that being said, it is a very special place.
The Citadel is in Charleston, which is a wonderful City. Probably more to do on the weekends you can get off campus. Citadel has an ocean in its backyard and Norwich has a ski slope.

Both are great schools and very special in their own ways. Go where you feel most comfortable - can't go wrong with either if them!

We have a DS who has to Decise between Norwich & The Citadel! He likes skiing so so Norwich may have a chance...
 
Norwich has a decent reputation, we play them in football (USMMA). BUT if he wants to LIVE in SC or NC the Citadel's network is MUCH stronger, and he should probably go there. As I have seen after graduating college, your network is often the MOST important factor in obtaining employment as a new graduate. I know the Citadel's network is very, very good.
 
As I stated above, I went to Norwich, my DS is going to The Citadel. The Citadel network is legendary. @GAPOPS - are you in GA? If so, PM me.
