Im just wondering why this Citadel college is so big around this forum. Is this the best college to attend for ROTC program??

well it is big on this forum because this forum happens to be devoted to senior military colleges of which the Citadel is one of only a small handful- you will notice that there are also a lot of threads about Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and Norwich University as well.
In my opinion, The Citadel is big here because it's the largest of the small handful of senior military colleges.
BTW, if you look back in this forum, you'll notice it's just recently generating many posts. Last month it seemed to be VMI on the top here.
