For the application packet, how far back do they want me to go on citations, 2 years, 3 years or the entire driving history? Also, is it by current state or the entire U.S? I ask, because I have a total of 5 or 6 citations and might have to contact my counselor for the sixth citation. In advance, thank you for the help.

Follow the directions exactly. If they don't list a time frame then list them all. That last thing you want is to knowingly leave something out and then have to explain that when you get security clearance later. Facts are facts. List them all.
