Basically, it is too early and will not be announced for a while. I believe it was not announced last year until May/June time frame. We made our reservations while in Annapolis for IDay and there were plenty of hotel space available at that time.
As for a schedule you can look at last years, HOWEVER do not by any means think it will be the same. Use it as a general guide line ONLY. Class of 09 and 10 were very similar, Class of 2011 very different, Class of 2012 again major changes. As with all things USNA you must be flexible.
