Class of 2015 LOA's Received

I know this wasn't directed to me but I figured I would chime in from PA-D5. We got the letter from Thompson on Saturday 12/4, called to accept on Monday 12/6 and they said they were sending the nom's in on Friday 12/10. Hopefully they will be updated by 12/18 at both USNA and USMA, I will post again once we see them show up on the SA web sites:wink: Also we have still not heard anything from Senator Casey's office.

Nothing in the mail from Senator Specter today (which I hope is good news - I'd hope they try a congrats call instead of only a letter) and nothing from Senator Casey or Rep Sestak. Let's ask this, does anyone know if anyone who got a 'sorry' letter from Senator Casey yet and Specter before today?

I have not heard about anyone getting anything from Sen Casey yet. I did receive a PM from a poster on this site that received a "Sorry" letter from Sen Specter on Nov. 17th.
Good Luck!

My DS didn't get an interview with Spector, but we have not heard anything either way from Senator Casey. So the fingers are still crossed at this point:wink:

Mr. Eastwood, a big Congrats to you and your son!!
Thank you! I'm not sure what he is going to choose yet.

Congrats to your daughter also. Are you only arranging marriages with other potential WP cadets or would you consider lowering your standards for the Air Force?

Why Mr. Eastwood, I do declare! We are, after all, Southern girls—of COURSE we would consider other arrangements: especially those that include a gentleman attending such a fine and distinguished institution as the AFA.

BUT, he must have your sense of humor!! :shake:

Congrats to your son! Post it on the running Appointments thread.

While I'm sure he would love to meet a nice southern girl that attends a SA, I'm not so sure that he'll have much of a sense of humor with regards to me "arranging" his love life.

you never know, she could look like Christie Brinkley. :shake:

I had a 30 minute period of excitement, phone calls going out, mom taking pictures, USAFA xmas ornament going up. Once it was over, I sat down, and said "now what?"

this is gonna be a long wait.
