Just got called from my senator about my KP appointment. Although, it sounds like a wonderful opportunity (and if I didn't already have an appointment to West Point, I would be over the moon about going (I was on the fence about it for awhile if I were to be offered)) I feel, since I have the choice now, my interests and aspirations are better suited to West Point and the Army. As soon as I receive some sort of notice or notification by mail or portal, I'll be declining, and I hope that opens up a slot for someone who really wants it. Best of luck to all of you.
 
Ameisn, better you determine that now rather than later. May I ask what state you are in? Trying to figure out the timing of the state's sharing the appointment news. Good luck to you!

Received an LOA today pending a medical waiver. Now I'm scrambling to overnight the requested medical records before April 16. Good luck to all still waiting!
