Congratulations, @Bigeye ! :welcome1: And with that add, we've now reached the SAF average response of 10% of plebe class size with 28 confirmed 'Accepteds' (didn't count the undecideds)! Given that the offers supposedly went out to 400 nominees, we are right in line with the trend.
 
It is so interesting that each year the same percentages seem to post, not just for usmma but all of the SA's.

To all those here, and those lurking, there are two class of 2021 facebook pages. There is one that says "official" or something. It is one that was sent out with the paperwork I believe. It is run/monitored by the Natl. Parents Assoc. The NPA at times allows its pages to be overrun by debate concerning the school as a whole.

There is a second class of 2021 page. This is the page that is run/monitored by parents from the class of 2020 and 2019. It will be limited to class of 2021 issues--what to expect things, pictures of the midshipmen, paperwork posted, etc. You don't have to pick between the two, but, I will say the page that is run/monitored by recent parents has been invaluable.

I agree that the Parents of 2021 page is a great resource. There is also one for the class themselves, for those of you who are plebes. If you search using 'USMMA' and '2021' you should find it. Each one requires a request to join and so weeds out the looky-loos and the trolls. I've found the parent page to be the very best guideline with the 'expert' parents providing invaluable guidance.
 
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how full the class of 2021 is? Still waiting on national hold list in Massachusetts.

@NFCG , I have seen that the target 2021 class size is 280, and given that statistics show that around 10% of families respond here on SAF, it looks like it is getting close. BUT, as evidenced by three appointments in the last three days, they're still offering appointments. Obviously, this is all speculation and only TPTB know the real story. Best of luck to you as you wait and hope you receive that welcome news!
 
I know they are working small batches from the hold list as more declinations come in....batch #2 was going out this week
 
From past experience, or previous years, anyone know when they finalize the class? When can we expect to see our portal status change if not granted an appointment?
