My DD is from CT 4th DistrictI see one from CT, curious which district that is from?
Feel your pain. Last year, I believe the final day for notification was April 14th. The night of April 12th my son got the word. Waiting again this year!! Good luck to you.my 3rd time waking up today from a dream getting an appointment and realizing I'm still "complete pending review". what a game the waiting game is. hang on everyone!
Well said CrewDad, especially the part about on I-Day or R-Day start with Zero Inventory. The kids that come in with a chip on their shoulder and their list of accomplishments don't fair well. Good luck to all!Congratulations to all the Candidates! I am very certain you all deserved your Appointments. As dad, I know how challenging and exciting this road has been. In addition to achieving so much as a national and local Scholar, Leader, Athlete, you all demonstrated perseverance, service, integrity, moral courage, sacrifice, and gratitude to those who championed you all the way to your Appointments. Tremendous accomplishments, all of you have. Over the next few months, all of you will decide your path to service. Whether that be to Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard or Merchant Marine, you are the country's finest new Mids and Cadets entering the service for the United States of America. All Parents, Families, Cadets, Friends, Mentors, Teachers, Coaches, Sponsors are very proud of who you are. Don't forget to thank those close to you and who supported you. And do celebrate your Appointments. And on I-Day, R-Day, start with humility with "Zero" Inventory of what you have accomplished. You are all equal Mids and Cadets on day one. Bon Chance our Sons and Daughters! We are very proud of you, outstanding!
