Be patient...the Candidate Portal will open up soon. This is about the time that it usually opens, but there may be several reasons for delay. It is usually opened when the prior class is fully established , and judging from activity on this Forum, this is running a little later than usual. In addition, it is my understanding that Admissions is rolling out a new platform for the BGO's, and I would expect the BGO platform (which is now referred to as BGIS), is tied to the CGIS platform to some extent.
