At the door of the college counseling office of DD’s and DS’s high school was this sign: College is a match to be made, not a prize to be won.

A good way to put it. I worry excessively where DS will be accepted. My Mom’s philosophy is that it usually works out that where you are accepted is usually a good fit for you and that DS will get accepted to a school that is right for him and that I should stop worrying.
