Hello, I'm a third time applicant and the question I had was regarding my college transcript. The University I attend doesn't make fall grades available until beginning of January. Will this affect my chances of receiving an appointment because of rolling admissions? Also, is there any way of receiving an LOA if every other part of my application is complete although I am not being seen by the board of admissions yet? Thanks everyone for your continued help and support throughout this forum.

USNA doesn't consider college re applicants until first semester grades are in. Since that is January for most college students, that's the earliest Admissions will consider a college student. Thus, to answer your question, you are in the same boat as every other college student so, no, it won't hurt you.

This is also why there is no real benefit for college applicants to turn in their packets super early -- other than getting it done.

Finally, this is for USNA purposes; obviously, MOCs make their decisions earlier.
