I had this issue as well early January - stayed in the red for nearly a month before I emailed admissions and they cleared it right away. All green now and back to waiting patiently

Mine are still red and I'm getting nervous. So I paid to have them mailed by USPS first class mail.

Hopefully that will take care of the problem

Another option you could try to help put your mind at ease is using an electronic transcript service - this way you can opt into email/text notifications that will let you know when your transcript file was actually “retrieved” by the Academy rather than just a package arrival notice.

I already did that when I sent it the first time in December
