@SAhopeful123: Apologize, but is "barely passed" a correct statement or is it a pass/fail exam based on your score?
There are posts on the forum about candidates failing the test on I-Day but were granted waivers on the spot in the past. What I, or I believe others here as well, can't do is to promise you the same will happen in the future, especially when the Supe made it very clear recently that based on their attrition data, they are taking in less candidates than past years.
Assuming mistakes do happen due to no fault of the candidates, I would hope they are still able to take in those cases on I Day, though we all know "assume" sometimes only makes a donkey out of you and me.
Sorry, not too helpful, am I? My guts want to say you should be fine, but if 10 candidates showed up with the same condition, could all 10 receive a waiver?
My recommendation: have a solid plan b (probably need to pay deposit to hold your spot beyond I Day) even if you receive an offer of appointment as your back up plan. Best of luck!
