DS portal recently changed to "Complete & On Hold". The only blurb it says is " case managers have identified errors in your exam records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers". Does this mean something went wrong at the exam? We did have a few concerns bc he had surgery over the summer, so also not sure if it relates to this. Any ideas? We are/ were expecting to have some remedials bc of labrum surgery. Just hoping it's not the end of the line this early- if there is anything we can do to prep for next step we want to be ready. Appreciate any input:)

Call and ask what this means - I found the technician assigned to my DD's file was really helpful and gave me the answers needed at the time. It can't hurt.

Keep us update to know what it means.

My son was in the complete/on hold and it was due to a form not being submitted from the eye dr.

Thx for everyone's suggestions. I did call and the Dr didn't fill in his blood pressure information. What I don't know know is if they actually recorded it, so it'll be easy to look back at the chart and get the information. Or did they not record it and DS will be called back to take his blood pressure again? I'm hoping it's the first scenario and not the latter. The tech on the phone was very nice & helpful, basically telling us there was nothing on our end to do right now.

So glad to hear its something minor! I also had a good experience when I called with questions - a lot of folks complain about DoDMERB, but even though we had a waiver to overcome, they're doing their job and doing it well!

His portal does still say "Complete & On Hold" but that after 10/14 it will change to "Pending" if they don't have everything from the examiners. So now that it's past 10/14 ( doesn't say pending but could be bc it's the weekend), I'm not sure what needs to happen. We'll wait until Tuesday, then call again.
