Good afternoon! My daughter's medical is currently listed as Complete & On Hold. This status states that there are errors in the examination record. What type of errors is this referring to? It states the CIV team is working with the provider to fix the errors--how long does this process typically take because it seems she has been in this status for about 2-3 weeks now. Thank you!

Just realized there is a search function. Did a search and found a previous answer from Mr. Mullen on Complete & On Hold--very helpful. Thanks.
Any idea how long it typically takes to get the missing information from the provider?

My son had to call several times over a 2 week period to get things straightened out. (There was a box not checked from the doctor that needed to be.) It wasn't resolved until the DODMERB folks set up a 3-way call with the doctor's office so it could be completed while on the phone, as there was a miscommunication on what exactly was missing. Be persistent, but also know they are probably very busy right now. Hopefully, it will be a quick turnaround to get the required missing data!

1. Impulsive is correct

2. Q = Just realized there is a search function. Did a search and found a previous answer from Mr. Mullen on Complete & On Hold--very helpful. Thanks. Any idea how long it typically takes to get the missing information from the provider?

A = When he complies with FAST, I'll be able to see what THE issue is in HIS case.
