Complete Pending Review

I have 78% of my application done and I still have received no word from DODMERB. The USNA 2023 information packet say I should be contacted within 30 days of submitting my 5th document, and it has been 18 days. I'm hurrying up and waiting over here;)
 
Reading through this thread, am I right that the kids cannot access the DoDmerb until they receive an email with a link basically inviting them? DS tried to access it on his own yesterday but could not get through. We are living in China, with the great internet firewall, so we never know if it's an us problem or a them problem, so he asked me to try to help find out.

DS was told DoDMERB is down until tomorrow and has been down for quite some time. So they haven’t submitted any info to dodmets in a while. Hopefully they get it in soon!
 
Last year DODMERB was triggered by the USAFA in July and early Aug for USNA USMA USCGA and Sep for AROTC AFROTC NROTC when they received:

Finished App with Essays - Part 2
Test Scores
CFA
Scheduled for Interview

Did not turn in until early Sep:
Recommendations - ALL Types
Transcripts through Junior Year
Nom results - not a prerequisite
