Complete Status

My DoDMETS portal was update to "complete" on 1/8/20 and has not changed. It says "your case is complete and is currently being reviewed by a CIV case manager." Does anyone know what this means and when I should expect it to change again?
 
Yes. Send me an email that states “hurstunited21- your complete name - last 4 SSN.” U don’t need to write anything else :)

As you can see by the time I’m responding, I have a long day ahead of me. I’ll be traveling to the East Coast today and will be traveling all day. When I get your email, I’ll reply late tonight. Don’t know what address you sent it to, but I have not received it.
