Computer?

Some weekends appear to be so full, there's no time for anything. Other weekends, I hear of my cadet playing ultimate w/ his friends, going to the mall, movies, bowling, playing video games, reading, etc. It also depends on what your goals are academically. Some cadets study constantly, as they have goals of a top 10 finish. Others just want to finish. You'll figure it out.:thumb:

Thanks!

I am not the person to spend absolutely all of my time studying (although, I will spend MOST of my time in the books). It's just nice to know that I can take a "little piece of home" to WP. But yes, my major is certainly going to be "survival..."

What I meant by my earlier comment is that although you will have some time to kick back on the weekends (since the academics departments here coordinate to have exams on the same week to test our prioritization and stress-bearing skills there will be very full weekends and very empty weekends work wise) it will not be enough to justify needing a desktop to play games on or a top-quality tv. How much free time you have depends on your goals. I know a couple kids who only want to graduate, no matter what rank, and don't really have a branch or post preference. That's their philosphy and they play a lot of games and take a lot of naps. I know people who want to go to med school and are concerned with every point. Most people fall somewhere in the middle on the side of study hard but find time to de-stress and chill.

I'm just curious, but how are you presidents in clubs if you are homeschooled? Other than that, SAT/ACT scores are crucial in my opinion and nothing can really be determined without it. What is your GPA? How rigorous is your coursework? Try to add more leadership positions to your resume and athletics can help alot as well.

Other than that, you shouldn't post such an unrelated comment in a thread like this. Those who may really need help in a topic related to computers may find your comment to be very inconvenient.
kbaek,

I'm sorry I posted this under the wrong thread. To answer your question about being president of clubs, I have held officer positions in my 4-H clubs. I don't know how to rank my GPA because of being homeschooled. Any ideas or advice on that? My senior year I plan on attending a community college, along with taking the SAT. Would going to college my senior help or hurt my chances?
