So I'm a junior, and starting the application process for USAFA. On the academy's home page somewhere, it lists recommended classes for high schoolers wanting to go there, and one of those is computers 1. I just want to know if I could get into the academy without taking it, because there's a forensics class that I want to take instead.

My DD didn't take computer classes. It's recommended, not required. Take the forensics class if that's where your passion lies.
