We ran into this issue last year with our DD and it was very frustrating. A specific test was ordered as part of a remedial. Concord set it up, she had it done and then it was determined that they had performed the wrong test. We waited for them to schedule the correct one. They set up an appointment and when we called the facility, they told us they didn't do that type of a test. We let Corncord know. They said they didn't have a contract with an local provider who could do the test. We waited.... They said they were trying to set up a contract with a provider. We waited....... Finally, we were down to the wire and had to get it done in order for DD to be able to make her final school decision. We finally just decided to go through our own insurance and get our own referral to have the test done. We were able to get the information faxed up to DODMERB and she got cleared April 30th - the day before she had to commit to her college. This process started at the beginning of January. It was very stressful.
