Hey,

I have been medically disqualified and know that I will need a conditional appointment in order to go to USNA. How would I be notified, if at all, if I get a conditional, since it is not the same as an appointment?

Thanks!!

When did you find out being DQ? Did you ask your BGO or AC?

Your portal would change and probably reflect an LOA with the condition being you need to be cleared medically

Is there a reason beside not having a TWE you think that might happen?

Have you researched your DQ to find out if it is frequently waivered?

Thanks for the info!

I feel as if I have a good chance of receiving an appointment because I am from a district where my MOC typically gets 8-9 nominees in and there are many rejections already. Of course, you never know.

My DQ is almost always waivered (color deficiency that is almost always waivered and a hip injury/surgery that my surgeon, GP, and PT have all cleared me on).
