Confirmation after accepting scholarship? - AROTC

In short, I won a 3-year AD scholarship on the third board but waited until a day before (Apr.26) the accept /decline date to accept for personal reasons. I scanned my acceptance letter and sent it to the correct email at Cadet Command. I guess my question is: do I have anything to worry about since I replied so late? I haven't received any sort of confirmation that my email was seen which is troublesome. Thanks to anyone who knows an answer.

No one here can tell you. You should contact whoever the letter told y to contact to confirm you're OK. This is too important to allow it to bounce along. I expect your fine but one never knows. Waiting so long was not smart since accepting wouldn't have really committed you to anything.

You can try and contact your processor at Cadet Command. You may also try the ROO at your gaining ROTC unit who can access your file and see if Cadet Command loaded up your acceptance letter in the database. Cadet Command has been accepting acceptances past the deadline, giving students the benefit of the doubt for delayed communications. Best of luck.

Check the File Upload tab ... My DSs was uploaded by CC the day we emailed it. If it's not there I would inquire with them.

Also on the status page where it listed you as winner and listed the schools? On the right it would say pending acceptance, if received it should only have the school you accepted and say "accepted" at the right of it not pending acceptance.
