Confirmed Appointment Not in Portal Yet

My congressman called last week to inform me that I am appointed into USNA. I am more than delighted, and he said that it should appear in my portal within a day. However, Friday, the weekend, and most of today has passed and there is still no appointment in either portal, the old and new. How long should it take to appear before I would have to contact a regional counselor and question about my portals?

My daughter heard from congressman on a Thursday and portal updated on the following Monday. Give it a few days at least. It will be there in the old portal.

Congratulations! My DS also heard from Congressman last Wednesday to let him know and the portal still has not updated that. He is hoping to see a change this week.
