Confusion over who is regional director

I had a question over who is my regional director because I have talked to 2 separate officers, received a voicemail (which I plan to return tomorrow) from another LT, pus I have another LT listed on my candidate information page (these LTs are all in addition to my BGO). I'm growing increasingly confused as to who is my actual regional director. I called the admissions office, and they transferred me to one regional director at USNA, and then I recently received an email from another LT who is located in my region. Then there was the LT that called my cell phone. Plus, there is the regional director listed on my page (who never replied to my questions but is still listed on my page). So question, who is the person I should have my counselor call so that she can give her personal email so that she can verify my Candidate Activities Record?

lil, it is a little frustrating. I've experienced just about everything you've been experiencing in your application. Stay with it. I've had all the problems with the school as you've described, so I began to include the Principal and the regional director in every correspondence to councilors and teachers.
As for the Regional Director, it's probably not the one listed, but that's all you've got to work with. My DS and I found out who the real RD was through the academy information events, go to those and meet the academy representatives if you haven't already.

Otherwise, say on top of things, keep beau coup notes on everything, and keep calling until you get results, but always be kind and appreciative. Stay with the one that is most helpful. Can I ask what region your in?
 
Ask the LT that you speak to on the phone. Let him know that you have several contacts and is there just one that you should be corresponding with. Ask him (okay, I'm assuming it's a HIM) about the counselor email question.

My son has one RD listed online that he was able to speak with at USNA during a visit. He also has one that lives locally. He now cc's both just to cover his bases. Give your BGO a chance to help. Call him up and let him know your situation. He might be able to cut through some tape..maybe, maybe not.
 
If you are a minority candidate, you may actually have more than one RD. There is an RD for each region as well a a diversity RD for each region. Also, there is turnover at various times of the year.

Thank you everone. I finally got the email through and my counselor completed it already. Now I must go push my English teacher (who had recieved the evaluation in August) to complete his part and then I'm done. Thanks again everybody!
