Our very own kp2001 was selected by the Joint Services Graduate Medical Education selection board to begin training as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist. He will become one of only two Pediatric Ophthalmologists in the Navy!

Congrats! One for the Atlantic and one for the Pacific. BZ! :thumb:

Thanks everyone!

Obviously very happy to have been selected for an opportunity that doesn't come around every year. It's been a long road to get here and one more year of training left. By the time I finish the fellowship training it will have been 14 years and 2 weeks since I left Kings Point. Hard to believe it's taken me that long to finish my medical training.

KP 2001.
You are a shining example of the adaptability, good ole' smarts, focus and ability which midshipmen and grads use throughout their careers. Congratulations and thank you for being our Moderator!
