Congratulations to the new Ensigns!

For the incoming 2027 class, the 200 weeks is certainly a journey. I estimate 2023 lost about 34 cadets along the way for a variety of issues such as academic, discipline, fitness, etc. Some of those will eventually finish in December cause they needed an extra semester.

Point being, no one gets through an Academy without help from shipmates, staff, coaches, faculty and mentors. Reach out early if you are struggling in any area, there are many systems in place to help, but you have to let them know.
