You have (at least) 3 potential nomination sources -- did you apply to all three ? Without a nomination, your chances are low. Sure, its possible to get in off the National List ...but realistically, if you are not in the top 10 for your 2 Senators and 1 Congressman, you may not be that competitive. NAPS is possible, but as noted here previously, NAPS and Foundation really don't exist to serve as a backdoor to a MOC nomination.
