Quick question...shot in the dark....(ok really long shot 
my adorable niece who is a senior in high school, is trying to follow in her big cousin's footsteps and is applying to the Naval Academy. There are rumors swirling around that the Nominations for Congressman Keith Rothfus have gone out. Keith James Rothfus is the U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 12th congressional district. My niece is in his district but has not yet heard anything. can anyone confirm if these have gone out?
