Contacting ALO for better chances

I am applying to early action and I have been seeing some threads on here saying to 'boost your chances' by contacting your ALO. How do I come in contact with mine? As far as I know the other SA have the designated Officer's contact info at the bottom of the portal, but I do not see anyone on mine. thank you!

My son completed his application then was contacted by the ALO asking him if he would like an interview.
 
Did you check the top of the portal? Under the name of your Admissions Counselor?
 
Did you check the top of the portal? It should be listed near the name of your Admissions Counselor.
