My counselor and I have already had multiple emails back and forth, but I was wondering if it would be okay to ask him to look over my CFA and see if it is passing or not?

I don't see why not. Your BGO should also be able to answer your question.

Correct...BGO knows if you passed or failed. We do not know how you did on the particular elements, or how you scored relative to others.
Frankly, I wouldn't expect the Regional Counselors to give you much information beyond pass or fail.
