Contacting DoDMERB

I am currently involved in Army ROTC at college and was awarded a 3-year scholarship prior to my high school graduation. This scholarship was then rescinded because of a knee injury.

I am currently going through the process of getting a waiver for my scholarship. I have sent DoDMERB all of my medical records and doctor's excuse etc. for the waiver. I have yet to hear back from DoDMERB saying that they have received the information. Is there a way I could contact them to see if they received the information I sent?
