Counselor Evaluation

The counselor evaluation is typically done by your hs guidance counselor. Either you or your recruiter provided an email to NSTC to send the evaluation form to the counselor. They need to fill it out and send it back. You can check with your recruiter to see if they know anything about it.
I have emailed him several times about it and I have never gotten a straight answer. I do not know what the form is or where to find it. Is there a chance it is universal, and someone else might have it on hand?

Have you asked your guidance counselor if it's been received. Did you check the guidance counselors spam folder.
Yes, the only thing she received was the Counselor Request for Transcript form.

So' if you've already checked the spam folder ask for it to be resent. Try contacting the Brigade district recruiting office.

There is something that just doesn't add up. Typically the same email that goes out to the school includes all required forms. And I am not sure why your recruiter would not give you a straight answer. The form that is used to make sure everything was completed is attached here.
What I do know is that waiting for a day or two before the deadline is generally not a recipe for success.
I hope someone at the recruiting office can point you in the right direction or maybe someone on here has had this problem before and knows how to solve it.
