Is it possible for someone who has access to these two documents to reply to this thread with a link that works for those who can’t get their Adobe, Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc, to open the documents? I was wondering if they downloaded the links into a pdf and posted them here if it would work for all of the candidates who are struggling to open it. Many links have been posted, but none seem to work. Thanks in advance for any help!

I got them off the Facebook parents page. Someone was nice and posted them there. If you can’t find it let me know and I can email them to you. Not sure how to attach here?

That would be appreciated! I personally don’t have a Facebook (one less social media to worry about) and I couldn’t find any posts by going on Facebook through google without an account, so if you have links that can bypass the Adobe wall it would help a ton!

yay!! I was hoping it would work and I cant take credit for these - some great dad on the FB parents page found them and attached on FB - so I am just sharing bc jeezzzzz it takes a village for sure!!!!
 
Is anyone else confused by the Covid vaccine form - meaning how should it be completed if you will be arriving fully vaccinated?

I am confused by it as well, given arriving fully vaccinated. I guess the Covid Vaccination documentation is on the form with all the other vaccination records, so that likely covers it?
 
I am also confused on a lot of the forms. I am fully vaccinated, but there are not a lot of ways to indicate it on the forms.
 
I know I'm a little late to the thread but for anyone who stumbles upon this or for future reference, to get the documents to open, you have to actually click the "Open in Acrobat button." For any of the documents that say Please wait... at the top, for whatever reason they will not display in the browser even if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, so you have to click the "Open in Acrobat" banner that should be on the right side of the screen, but make sure you have Acrobat Reader installed. It may take a few seconds, but eventually, it should open in Acrobat.
