Covid follow-up, DODMETS site won’t let me schedule

I had COVID the end of December and reported it to DoMERB. Today I got a notice that they are requesting a follow up with a doctor, but when I go to the scheduling website to schedule it through DODMETS it won’t let me schedule anything or show me a list of providers. How long does it usually take for the info to get transferred to the website managing the appointments? Does anyone have any experience with this?
 
Is there a point of contact listed in your notification? Have you tried getting in contact and informing them of your situation?
 
Buffstone126 - Look at the requirement closer. You need to go to your own physician to accomplish this AMI :wiggle:
 
^^^ What he said ^^^ DS had a similar question but it was clarified by the good people at DoDMERB. His PCP will do the follow-up per the required schedule. As always, thank you to Mr. Mullen and his staff for their timely responses and service.
 
That is part of the form letter, but next to the specific code it said your own Doc :wiggle:
