By the time I saw the link and tried to get on the call it was over. Was anything discussed that wasn't in Superintendent Buono's video message posted to the Facebook page?

I missed a good deal of the early part of the meeting, and can only say that it was reportedly heated (someone else will need to weigh in on the details). From what I saw, things had tempered down, the questions and answers did not cover anything new, and Adm. Buono handled the questions well. One non-surprising data point was that only a handful of the "positive" mids are actually symptomatic, and that as of last evening the highest fever was only 100.3 (low grade).

It was not "heated". Admiral Buono merely shared how he felt disrespected by some of the comments on social media following his lockdown of the Academy and he wanted folks to know he would respect them and asked for the same. He had several parents speak out in his support and he thanked them. He reminded people that these are uncharted waters and many things are out of his hand (NY State)
