CQ and SLE Application Help

I'm a class of 2025 candidate who just completed my candidate questionnaire and was wondering now how to access the SLE application. There are no links or pages that provide an actual transfer to an SLE application. I am assuming I must wait on my USMA ID and login information to then be able to access the candidate portal where I will be able to apply for SLE? Is this correct information?
 
I am also trying to apply for SLE. On the USMA website they said to click a gray button to confirm your interest for SLE after completing the CQ. I completed the CQ, but didn't see the button- will I still receive the email to sign up for SLE?
 
Refresh and doublecheck. I was in the same situation. But I checked again after refreshing and I see the gray button now. I put in my ID number provided in the email and the response was that I'd hear back within 24 hours. Good luck and maybe we'll meet one day!
 
Where did you see the button? After you submitted the CQ? I do not see it.

I am having the same issue. I submitted my cq and there was no button to confirm interest. I have received my ID login for the portal but now have no way of accessing the SLE application.

I figured it out I think, if you go back to the SLE page on the west point website in the right hand cornerish area it should say SLE application and there should be an actual page where you submit your USMA ID once you click it. Hope this helps
 
So what if someone has submitted the CQ but didn’t push the “gray button”. ? My DD submitted then CQ early morning today, but now how do we get to that gray button .

Go back to the USMA SLE page and it's on the upper right. It asks you for your USMA ID and one you submit- it tells you that you confirmed your interest and will get a email soon. Apparently that's the gray button.
 
We have not received any email back from USMA regarding the USMA ID. I guess we’ll have to wait till tomorrow.
 
Update: DD received the USMA Id, went back to the SLE page. On the right side of the SLE page, there is a link for SLE application and once you click it, it asks for USMA ID.

Once the ID is entered, you confirm your interest in SLE.

Hope this helps others also.

I had to email my Regional Commander to get the link to the portal last year. I'm a 2024 candidate, but I remember the SLE portal being a hassle. If none of the other suggestions work, email your RC! They are very helpful!

I got the email with two links attached to it one going to the candidate portal, but the other link doesn't work. Has this happened to anyone else?

I didn't get an email with two links- what type of email is it? I received an email after I finished the CQ earlier today that had one link for the Candidate Portal. I confirmed my interest in SLE but haven't received the email for the SLE portal yet. Has anybody received an email for the SLE portal yet? Really wanted to complete my application today but I'm guessing I'll have to wait.

I am not sure, I got a link to the candidate portal but when I tried to get to the SLE application from there it took me to the SLE community(?). I tried to login to that but it didn't work. I went back to my email and I went to the bottom of my email (which was a do not reply email by the way) where it says SLE but when I tried to click on it, the server didn't work. There was something wrong with the link. I emailed my local Regional Commander but I'm not quite sure what to do past that.
